I am Thomas B. Haddock, Attorney at Law, and serve the community of Fairfax and the surrounding areas of Northern Virginia in the legal matters of criminal defense, uncontested divorce and civil litigation related to landlord/tenant disputes. Criminal Defense
At my firm, I represent clients in many diverse areas of the law, including criminal defense. We defend individuals who have been accused of:
- Traffic offenses: I handle every type of traffic ticket case, including speeding, reckless driving, driving while suspended, among others.

- Theft charges and shoplifting: In these cases, like any other criminal case, I evaluate all the evidence thoroughly. I will assess the case and will make recommendations on how to proceed.
- Misdemeanor offenses: I also represent clients charged with other misdemeanor offenses including assault, trespassing, the underage possession of alcohol, unlawful entry and more. I have over 10 years of trial experience.
- Expungements and habitual offenders: These are petitions filed in circuit court. The petition for expungement is to have a charge or arrest removed from their record. The habitual offender petition is for those individuals seeking to have their driving privileges restored.
Divorce and Landlord/Tenant Disputes

- Uncontested divorces: When couples agree on the issues in their divorce, I can make it fast and easy on them and charge a relatively low fee for their case. I also handle custody, support and property division issues that are uncontested.
